At the Startup Time in Windows Seven You can Set Up Your Desired Message.In Many Companies there a Display of a Message to Display Instruction.Here is How We can Do It:
 ** Go to Run Command (Start to Run).** Now Type "regedit" and Click the Enter Button.
** Follow Beneath URL –
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Policies\System"

** In the Right Pane Select Right Side Pane and Open "Legal Notice Caption" and Give Your Title (In My Case – RAZU Multimedia World).
** Next Open "LegalNoticeText" and Write Your Own Description Which Display Your Windows Startup.
** We've Done Our Work,Reboot Your PC and Show Your Cahnge.
