Login to Blogger >> Go Design Tab >> Now Press “Add a Gadget” Link.⇒ Click Plus (+) Tab Which Gadget You Want to Add in Your Site. 
⇒ SAVE It and Set Ur Gadget Position (Sidebar or Header or Body)
⇒ By Default Gadget Show All of Your Post but You Can Fixed Gadget Visibility by URL. (Gadget Appear to Fixed URL)
